How to increase iGPU frequency in this BIOS ver. for A10 7890k?

Hey Folks listen up!
I am running an A10 7890k Godavari O.C'd to 4.5 GHz with stock Wraith Cooler (idle-44c, load- 70c!), 1x8GB DDR G.SKILL 12800CL 1600 MHz RAM, A88XM-A MOBO, And a surplus 580 Watts of power supply using a Deepcool DE580. system is just 6 months old and I had crazy 30-40 fps gaming plans but I'm stuck with the [censored] ver.0309 Stock BIOS and now I'm limited with unchangeable GPU FREQUENCY which sucks a lot. Hence, I'm getting only 14-18 fps @1280x720 or @1366x768, Lowest [censored] settings @DirectX10 ( because DX09 isn't showing up anyway) in AAA games like GTA V, Assassins Creed Syndicate, Mass effect Andromeda, Prey, Skyrim (a lil better with 17 fps @ 768p)...
I mean it has been worst purchase ever and cost me (Nov. '16 prices) over $500 for just the system only (excluding Monitor and peripherals) !!!!!!!
IDK WHAT THE HECK REASON IS FOR SUCH LOW FPS...I fancy how did some people manage 30-40 fps!!??!! Is it the sole blame on 1600 MHz RAM speed that is bottlenecking my CPU and GPU?

Can you overlay the actual clocks using MSI Afterburner / RTSS?

no use....in MSI Afterburner, the clocks are fixed, unchangeable at 866MHz and 633 MHz for GPU clock and mem. clock!
The clock slider brings back to default always!
I have latest Crimson Relive Drivers for my apu and all other drivers, bios and utilities are up to date for this A88XM-A/USB3.1 mobo!
Pls help me out...all the people are able to adjust their iGpu clocks along with other lot of BIOS options which I ain't getting

I've never used an APU so not sure what they are capable of, was just hoping with the clock info others could help you out more :)

http://gamegpu.com does test a lot of APUs so maybe see how those compare?

anyway, thanks for your consideration but I've extremely researched and I think I'm just stuck with these limited clocks

OP, you have single channel memory and an APU. The gpu and cpu both have to share the available memory. With dual channel memory the memory bottleneck will be a bit less and should help in performance.
You have only half the memory bandwidth.

You need dual-channel DDR3-2400. Also that motherboard is probably not your best choice. The 7850k, 7860k, 7870k, and 7890k come with more shaders than the memory subsystem of Kaveri/Godavari can handle anyway, so overclocking the iGPU will net you very little in performance increase in games. Maybe some GPGPU stuff sure, but that software paradigm is still largely unsupported in any scenario where an iGPU is a distinct advantage. Unless you love doing spreadsheets with LibreOffice.

You don't need to overclock gpu, you are totally memory bw limited. Your fps will double if you add second stick of ram and performance also increases with dram overclocking.
