I have an eVGA 9800 GTX with a Thermalright HR-03 and a 120mm fan on it.
i'm running Xeon E3110 @ 3.9ghz
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L ATX LGA775 mobo

how can i increase my gpu voltage?

is there a program to do this? I tried to go to the BIOS but there is only voltage for PCI-E
I also tried using my EasyTune5 PRO and again it's only PCI-E voltage

any help?

I'm also using RivaTuner and ATItools.

Yes, you must volt-mod the card. If I remember correctly, a big GPU manufacturer (EVGA? Wouldn't surprise me) was coming out with a software volt adjuster.

EVGA is coming out with a gpu voltage tuner, but it's only going to work on some gtx260's and all gtx280's and the gtx295. Maybe later on it will also support the 9800gtx and other cards.

Too bad they're not planning to have one for the 9800 gtx =(.

Is modding the 9800 gtx hard to do?

I guess it's as hard as it was for the 8800 GT, since both have quite a similar PCB. I did everything you shouldn't have done, when I've vmodded my GT and the card survived. I made a short circuit, when I was reading the voltage, the screen turned green but it worked fine after reboot and I also over turned the pot and overvolted the GPU resulting in a blank screen ( did this quite a few times ), but the card lived to tell the story.

I can tell one thing, these cards are moron proof . :)
