How to increase fan speed in Antec Trupower PSUs?

There is not a real stock way to do this. The only way the fans speed is intended to increase is with temperature. As your case gets warmer and the PSU is stressed more the fans are supposed to speed up. If you really wanted the fans to go faster you could open up the PSU and hook them to a Rheobus or Fanmate or even to straight 12v lines.
