How to improve my English? (Some grammar questions)

Just go around looking at pure English websites. That'd probably be the best thing to do for free.
 
read books, mainly ones by british authors. nothing against american writers but their grammar is usually worse than a siberian mule's.
 
lol...sorry I was just jokin around....Texans tend to have a unique accent in English, which isn't preferable for persons new to the English language.
On a serious note, watch alot of movies with your language in subtitles or vice versa...I would think that would help...but I'm not speaking from experience.

a derogatory term used to describe those who recently immigrated to America, but are still attached to their foreign ways, i.e. language.
 
hooked on phonics worked for me....

NOT, well, i did not use that, but phonics exercises as a child improved my grammar...

of course i was more or less working on learning the language.

reading books help... =)
