How to identify Thoroughbred CPU?

Fry's has had some deals on the Athlon XP 2000+ and 2200+ cpus and I'm wondering how do I determine whether they're Palomino or Thoroughbred chips? PM if you would, please. Thanks!

The core of the Thoroughbreds are smaller and not a perfect square... a Palomino core is larger and square.

also, the stepping info is written on the palomino cores... on tbreds, they are a separate label found on the chip (not on the core)
