OK, so here's my problem. I use Outlook in an office environment, so my department and I have shared contacts and events calendars. Now the problem is that I have no idea which items/entries are new.
With e-mail, Outlook tells you in parenthesis how many unread messages there are and you can tell; they're bold and have a different envelope icon.
Now with calendar events and contacts, Outlook still tells me how many are new (unopened/unread) in parenthesis next to the calendar or contact folder name, but the problem is that there is no difference in the actual contact or calendar event for me to know which ones are new. I know I can right-click and select "Mark All As Read", but the problem is that I'd like to check the ones that are new to make sure they're formatted correctly. But which over 100 contacts and endless calendar events, I can't check each one to see if that might be the one that's new.
Please tell me there's a way I can know which ones are new. Thanks in advance.
