I bought a TV Tuner back card a month ago, and I was wondering if I can hook up the video game consoles like DC or PS2 to my computer.
This card does not have the A/V input, all it has is the antenna input .... any idea?
Btw, the card is Video Email Extreme ... bought it from tigerdirect for $20 after rebate :)

Get a RF adapter for your console. I have a videon-in with mono sound on my card (happauge winTV) and I notice that the RCA video in image has a BIG difference in image quality cuz your image doesn't seem to be jittery using an RCA connector rather than the RF adapter.

You will first have to see if you can hook up a VCR and get it's output to display on the computer. This might take some experimenting but it should work. Once you have established this connection you can hook the game console up to the VCR and switch it to Video 1 input, or whatever it is on your VCR. I haven't tried this on my rig but it should work with a little playing around.

You can hook it up using an rf adapter, but I think rf adapters have worst video quality. You can also hook up a vcr to your tv tuner card and then run your consoles through the vcr.
Right now I have my psx connected directly to my Hauppage WinTV USB with an S-video cable and the picture looks very nice.:D Better than the quality of the rca cables when I used to run it through my vcr first.

You'd better make sure that your video card is VIVO (Video In, Video Out) and not just Video out. If it's video in, then you should be able to connect it.
For audio you can either connect the rca cables to your stereo, or buy an adapter and hook it up to the line-in on your soundcard.

Thanks for all the replies!:D

Btw, what's the name of the adapter to hook up the line-in on the sound card?
