Probably a stupid question, but: I built a system in a case with built-in front 1/8" audio jacks. Is there a way to make the front jacks work the same way my 4550 works: ie, to mute the rear audio when pluggin the headphones.
The mobo is asus A7N266-VM with onboard audio, it has some pins for the front audio, but they are shorted with jumpers. If i take the jumpers off , I lose the rear audio altogether.
Any way to make the switch automatically?
