How to hook up FANS??

How do you hook up FANS in your case im getting this power supply

it has all the connectors like the regular power supply, but it is in black instead.
those 4pins power cable.

You plug in the PSU power cable (20pin) into mobo and then plug in your fan into motherboard (4pin). Or just hook a fan that has a 4 pin molex connector to the molex port on the PSU.
