Hi, I just picked up this case, and I'm a little hazy on something. I currently have all fans and leds working from the fan controller, but there is an extra 4 pin molex I don't have hooked up. There is one 4 pin molex connection right on the controller itself, and another 4 pin connection from a cable. I currently have just the cable hooked up, what is the other connection for?

Also, the HDD activity light never blinks, but I am only using an SSD. Is this usual?

Ok, I figured out that 4 pin molex that is connected right at the fan controller is for the x-dock (along with a sata cable) The 4 pin molex that runs off of the cable is for the fans and leds.

Still not sure why the HDD activity light doesn't work. Appears to be hooked up correctly. Anyone else find that SSD's don't cause the light to blink?

For the fan controller that it comes with, are you able to plug in any extra fans? Say, for instance, you get two 120mm fans for the side window/mesh, can you hook those up to the integrated fan controller? And if those fans have LEDs, would the fan controller be able to turn the LEDs on and off? It is my understanding that the LEDs would not work like they would work with the front cage fans. But would you be able to turn the lights on and off by just adjusting the fan speed of those fans until they turn off?

There is only four ports for fans, and three ports for led control off the fan controller. As to whether or not you can split these and run more fans, I'm uncertain. What I have heard is that LED control for non - coolermaster fans doesn't work the greatest (the fans apparently flash when changing fan speeds) But changing fan speed will not turn off leds, only lower the brightness. You need fans with that separate 2 pin cable that allows on-off led control. You could try that live tech support chat coolermaster has (I used it, and somebody helped me out within 5 min) and ask about support for splitting off the fan controller. http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/livehelp/chat.php
