How to hook up Audigy 2's internal IEEE1394 connection to a IEEE1394 port on the front of my case?

Title says it all. Has anyone done this? I have an Antec 1080 case and I want to hook up my Firewire port to the Audigy 2's internel connection.

I've got the same type of deal...and I'd like to know how to hook up USB too.

They give you like 12 little pins, and absolutly no documentation at all :D

Your MB manual should have the pin config for you. If not, try the web sight.

I think he's asking how to connect to his Sound card, the Audigy 2 and not to the motherboard. The audigy 2 has the firewire. There's no USB on the sound card.

at least on the audigy1 note that there is not power, so you can only used self powered devices, not bus powered ones...

no, that's not quite true!
the firewire port on the audigy 1 will be ok with devices not needing more than 2W.
