how to hook up a shuttle computer to a car LCD screen ?

I'm going to put an LCD screen into my Explorer that has RCA inputs. How would i go about wiring a shuttle (tiny cube) computer into the screen? Is there some kind of converter ?

What video card do you have in the Shuttle? All in Wonder? TV Tuner? There are breakout boxes galore. Alternatively, video out to RCA, then a Mini to RCA splitter for audio.
