I arranged a fundraiser for my class with selling fudge. It turned out to be very successful, and we broke the record for the most amount of units sold for this little supplier. We sold just over 450 units. (They are 8 ounce plastic containers full of them)
Here is my question:
I have these 450 units of fudge sitting in my living room in a total of 7 cardboard boxes. Does the temperature matter? Should I keep the temp. in the house cold? Hot?
Any other suggestions?
I will be organizing them with the order myself tonight and tomorrow, and I need to have them in good condition for Monday when I drop them off at the school.
All help and suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks!
