I have some frozen Mahi Mahi and I don't really know what to put on it.

I have a gas grill, should I use that?

depends how you like it.. i like mine fairly rare, so a minute or two on each side for me.. but yes, salt and fresh cracked pepper.. what you can do is make a lemon butter type sauce.. use it for dipping

I found a great way to cook fish in the George Foreman grill. What I do is take a few fillets of my favorite fish (normally I use Talapia), season them and wrap them in foil with some lemon slices, then stick them in the George Foreman grill. Because the grill cooks on both sides, the fish is cooked very quickly as opposed to putting it in the oven. In about 5 minutes I take the fish out, unwrap the foil, and I'm left with some incrediblly flavorful, tender fish imaginable.

I think im gonna wrap them in foil and put some butter, lemon & salt/pepper on it. Then toss them on the grill.

Do I have to thaw them first? High heat?

Thanks for the ideas everyone.

Excellent choice on how to cook it. As far as letting it thaw, I don't think you'll have to, but try getting it fresh next time. World of difference. Heat? Med-high should be fine, just keep an eye on it.
