Does anyone know how to plot graphs from the cpu/gpu data in afterburner?

I'm running an i7 860(stock) with a 7850HD, and I'm curious as to how cpu load is distributed through different games and which settings affect cpu-usage.
 
CPUID Hardware Monitor will show you min, max, and current CPU usage per core. It will do the same for your GPU, as will GPU-Z.
