How to go about switching memory?

So I'm switching the memory since Newegg is selling 2x512mb Corsair PC3200VS at the price of 1 512mb piece. Do I need to do anything snazzy to switch them out, or just unplug the power, remove current stick, and put in the 2 news ones and fire it up?
