how to go about getting an rma

i have a motherboard here that the agp slot has gone out on havent been able to ever get it to work.....

how and who do i contact about it, and hopefully getting it replaced?

its a biostar m7vib model

ive had it a couple og months now

most of the time you go thru the manufacturer. So head up to their website and see what their RMA policy is.

Smolek is correct. Most retailers offer a 30 - 90 day warranty. After that, you have to go thru the manufacturer.
