How to get Win 2k to see isa slots???

i just installed win2kon my old comp and it cant see my 2 isa slots. is there a patch for this???

well i got some old card that gives an extra slot so that i can have two printers hooed up (ltp2) but when i go to install the 2nd printer it says erro unable to conect with printer?

You stumped me... I just installed an ISA USrobotics 56k modem in the neighbors win2k box and it was detected and installed during boot-up.

You're not going to "see" the slots without a device installed. And if it's an older non-plug-n-play device, you will need the proper win2k driver and use "add/remove hardware" from control panel.

Sometimes you need to reserve IRQS in the Bios for legacy devices. This should enable the devices to coexist with your PCI stuff. Then do the hardware add/install thing as suggested above and you should be set.

ok thanks for the replies i had to go into the bios and tweak some stuff now its working.
