Hi guys, got a PX22 as a gift (very nice one at that), I just don't know how to use it along with the amp on my PS4.
I've tried the traditional method where you plug in just the headset to the controller and that works fine. But I want to use the amp too for bass and all the features.
I've tried plugging it into the amp, then plugging the USB from the amp to my PS4 and then the 3.5mm from the amp to the Green to Red/White adapter thingy, then plugging that into the back of the TV where it says "Digital Optical Audio Out" or whatever into the red and white ports respectively.
While I do get sound, it's a very low sound and I just can't hear much to save my life. Also I've read where you have to change "audio type" to "Chat Only" but that only makes audio come out of the TV and not the headset, which then I see no point in using the headset at all.
It was set to HDMI out and also the Linear option.
I've also tried doing the same thing as above, but this time without the 3.5mm into the adapter into the TV. I kept the USB from the amp plugged in but instead put the extension aux cord for your mobile device and plugged it into the controller. Works fine but it's so heavy and uncomfortable.
Please give a solution! Thanks
