How to get the forum to remember my login

Hi all....at home, once I clicked the remember button on the login screen I don't even need to login anymore, it does it automatically....at work, however, it remembers my password when I enter my username, but it doesn't log in for me automatically....I use IE...is there a setting in that that needs to be changed? Thanks...
