I would try to dilute some acetone into water. Or try a little dishwashing soap mixed with some hydrogen peroxide (over the counter stuff, not research grade stuff!) Just mix a little hydrogen peroxide into the dishwashing soap and give that a try.

I agree that superglue remover is your best bet. If you don't have that available, acetone is a good choice. In fact, I just checked my superglue remover (assuming your superglue is the cyanoacrylate kind) and it is pretty much just a mixture of acetone and nitromethane.

Nailpolish remover is also a good bet if you don't have pure acetone since it is either acetone or MEK, which is very similar to acetone but a little less volatile.
