How to get SQL Server Service Mgr to start minimized?

We recently changed to a new domain server, and I've had to convert and move all of my stuff to the new domain. On the old profile, the SQL Server Service Manager would start with windows, and just be minimized in the system tray. Now, on the new domain, every time I log in or start the computer the manager starts open, and I have to manually minimize/close it. Is there a setting somewhere to change this? As far as I knew, starting mimimized was its default behavior?? I can't seem to find any options for it, and changing the startup shortcut to "start minimized" doesn't work either. Any help? Thanks!
