i talked to an old female friend the other day and she told me she's pretty upset because she lost her best friend recently and she thinks it's due to a multilevel marketing program she's into. they both had so much in common and they used to do everything together..
the things she tells me about how her ex-best friend changed is pretty appalling. this girl considers her new mlm partner in this telephone company her "best friend" now.... she's only 19 and dropped out of college to pursue her dreams of becoming a millionaire with these people in a telephone company where they receive their primary source of income from new members paying a fee to become a rep.
my friend's just worried that she's gonna learn the hard way when she realizes that those people won't be there for her when she stops making money for them. i think she already lost most of her real friends from tryin to sucker them into the program. so is there anything i can tell her that will maybe help her win her friend back from this cult?
