How to get rid of To: Cc: Subject: bars in Word doc

Have a document that is updated weekly, but for some odd reason this email toolbar showed up at the top of it last week. Can't find any option in Word to get rid of it. How do I lose it?

Open the document, click File > Send to, then click Mail Recipient. It should go away just fine after that.

Didn't work. Here's what I had to do;

Window -> New Window

This would open a second instance of the document. I then had to close the first one, still minimized in the toolbar. Then I saved the second one, closed it and reopened it.
