How to get rid of the picture on the top of the start menu

The one next to the user name (administrator).

I did it once, but i forgot how to do it. I think i used PowerToys for Windows Xp but i cant seem to find the option there. Anyone remember or knows how to do it? Much appreciated.

Xp's start menu. The theme didnt have anything to do with the picture not being there as it is the same theme I am using now.

Control Panel > User Accounts

Select: Change the way users log on or off

Uncheck the box: Use the Welcome screen

Restart Comp.


Note You may want to use PowerToys Tweak UI (as you mentioned earlier) and change the settings to autologon without the need to enter a password every time you logon if that's what you want.

You can also remove the icon by switching Classic Windows theme in the Display Properties, unless of course you don't want to ditch the XP look.
