How to get rid of smell in room?

ok..well.. my room smells like dirty clothes.. first step is to put all the dirty clothes into a basket in the closet.. perhaps wash em too.. but whats a good way to get rid of the smell? im gonna open my window.. but its damn cold outside

get an air freshner in there... and try to keep your dirty clothes out of the place you sleep. get a hamper in the bathroom

If there's carpeting, you could try sprinkling either baking soda or carpet freshener on it and vacuuming it up. You could also try leaving the window open just a crack for a little while.

Stop pooping on the floor, or at least use newspapers if you do, then clean it up after.

an air cleaner with a hepa filter or an ion filter will clean the air of bad smells.

if you have carpet, rent a carpet shampoo/cleaning machine. i know, it sucks having to clean the carpet but they do get very dirty and need to be cleaned.

hmm.. its not the sheets.. i dont even use em i just have a blanket on my bed right now.. and i just cleaned it 2 weeks ago.. so its not bad.. cant wash the carpet.. i only have 30 minutes.. not even enough time for a trip to the store right now (btw, my gf is coming over ) i got some lemon scent stuff

Ok serious help now,

Open the window,get the dirty laundry into the washer,if you've got a hamper that you keep your dirty clothing in,once it's empty use lysol cleaner and hot water ,wipe it out good. Make sure there's no hal;f eatten food or dirty dishes under the bed.. check your sneakers,some of the worst smells come from shoes !!! Get those ordor neutralizing stickup's tro put in your closet and in the hamper,change monthly.


Later, rent a steamer and do the rug, wash your comforter and sheets

fun, get some furniture cleaner and go over all surfaces in your room. then get either a steam cleaner, or something like that, or a spray on carpet cleaner.. then if that even fails paint your walls if that fails i duno
