How to get rid of Garlic smell?

I made some chicken today for lunch and added some minced garlic to the bbq sauce. Tasted great, but my fingers have smelled like garlic all day now and it's getting to be quite annoying.

I've washed my hands about 12 times (at least) with dish soap, regular soap and even laundry detergent.

What will get rid of this smell?

 Hooray for you for cooking! Cooking rocks. I like the smell of garlic...it helps me sleep. Some lemon juice should work.

I don't think I have any lemons... would lemon pledge work?

heh, probably not! No lemon juice either? Hmm. What about Ajax or Comet? Scrub your fingers with that...you'll need some hand cream afterwards b/c your skin will be rough, but that might work too.

wash your hands and rub them on stainless steel ( prob your sink is stainless steel or some utensils)

this method definitely works....i just turn the knife around and use the blunt edge to rub my fingers as I wash my hands.
