How to get rid of disc cleanup and auto update warnings in windows XP??

is there a way to turn these offf? ms sure knows how to be annoying

I can help you with the auto updates.

Right click on "My Computer", and select properties. Click on the updates tab and choose "Turn Off Automatic Updating"

That should take care of the nag messages.
