How to get rid of bootloader

I just tried to install win2000 to dual boot with win se but it apparently doesn't like my fastrak66 so I have decided not to install at this time how do i get rid of that stupid bootloader now?

If you upgrade the FastTrak66 to the latest BIOS, Win2k should install.

mine is an ultra 66 fastrak mod. I saw somewhere that the latest bios kills ultra66 cards that have been modded to fastraks.

u can always use a diskmanager when u cant get someting off your hdd
