How to get rid of bits of Flash that won't uninstall?

I recently ran the Secuna software inspector & there were a few leftovers of older Flash versions. I went to Adobes site & downloaded the uninstaller & ran that tonight, but there are still 2 bits of old Flash versions that won't go away:

Macromedia Flash Player 7.x (7.0.19.0)
C:\I386\Flash.ocx

Macromedia Flash Player 5.x (5.0.42.0)
C:\I386\SWFLASH.OCX

1. should i be concerned that these are still there? Are they still a vulnerability?

2. If so, can i just delete those manually from the I386 folder with no ill effects?

Isn't the I386 directory just a copy of the installation files from the windows CD?
