I just looked at my account and noticed that I have an infraction that never expires. Supposedly it's for not having a proper signature in FS/FT.

Firstly, I don't recall ever posting to that forum. I contacted the person that gave me the infraction, but he didn't really care to help.

I'm looking now and the infraction was placed on a post in the Memory and storage forum...which as far as I know is NOT the FS/FT forum.

I did correct the issue with my sig, but again, that shouldn't matter since I don't post to the FS/FT forum anyway.

thoughts?

I checked it. I posted to the Memory forum on a memory or storage topic.

here is the link to the topic:

I really think that it was just a mistake by the admin...but I could be wrong. his response to me was "i don't have time to answer PMs from people can can't read the rules...", which I thought was a little rude considering the circumstances.
Don't post there as e is looking into it but I meant post this question in the proper forum:

I had time to look into it. It appears to have been given in error at a time when dozens (hundreds?) of people weren't reading the stickies in the FS/T forum & weren't following the rules there. Our apologies. The infraction has been reversed.
