How to get rid of ACCUWEATHER on MOZILLA.....

anyone know how its on the browser . in the bottom right hand corner . ITs not in uninstall programs and i cant find it anywhere else . It acts too much like crapware.

I think that's the ForecastFox extension? Just uninstall the extension in Tools -> Extensions.

What do you mean? Forecastfox is a perfectly good extension.. I haven't heard of anyone else describing it as crapware yet :confused:

I used to have it though.. I just have a better replacement using Samurize.

No that was meant towards the OP. Usually when people download forecastfox they would know where the accuweather came from. I use forecastfox and think it's great, it wasn't meant to be against the extension at all.

I think the OP didnt install it and just doesnt know how to change the options. I got rid of the alert stuff quickly.

I also use the latest version of Forecast Fox on my Firefox browser
I set it to display on the Bookmarks Toolbar .. works very well
