In my prior job, alot of employees bring their own lunch and then wash the food container after eating.
That day I was waiting in the kitchen to do the same and was lining up because someone was ahead of me. Soon afterwards, the CFO of the company whom I've talked to many times and know me quite well joined the line to get some water from the fountain. He is taking a short break from the meeting he's attending.
The employee ahead of me is taking her own sweet time by meticuliously washing her dishes, utensils over and over again. The CFO politely asked her to hurry up a bit because he has a meeting to attend.
The employee then turned around and replied very rudely "Who are you? Can't you just wait or go to another kitchen?"
I guess she is one of those cubicle hermit who knows nobody in the company. I politely told her that he is the CFO of the company and lord behold, she reacted. Said sorry and carried her sem-washed dishes with detergent away lol
I guess she is on the next layoff list
