LOL!!! :D

I usually motivate myself by looking at old pictures, and then looking at myself in a mirror. Works every time!

Lace up the sneaks and just take a jog outside. During your normal day take the elevator park farther in the parking lot every little bit helps.

If you work (or go to school) nearby, you could walk to it.

Walk to your mates.

Apparently, 1.5 miles everyday is a good and unconcious way to loose the flab.

But don't ask me, I'm a fat fck ;)

If you don't want to run, then at least walk it. It's not as good, but better than sitting around neffing on AT.

You should run.

If you run enough, your foot will stop hurting.

If you don't want to run, you have no dedication and it doesn't matter what you do anyway.

Invest in a decent exercise bike, plop it front of your TV, and try to ride it for 30-45 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. It's the easiest piece of exercise equipment to use and still use the TV remote :)

Sears has the Schwinn 213e for $449 and the upright 113e for $399 right now.

Add in some sit ups and push ups or a bit of weight work when you're done with the bike and you get a fairly decent workout.

An elliptical trainer would work well too, but it's got a much bigger footprint and costs more.

Is jump rope a good cardio option? I know its high impact, but a jump rope is cheap and it doesn't require a ton of space and can be done indoors for when the weather is bad. I like to ride my bike, but not when its 10 degrees and snowing outside. I do want to start running more, but again not untill it gets warmer, but i would like to work on my stamina until then.

Big deal. Running hurts my knees. I run 4 miles every other day. Some days I'm nearly in tears by the end of it. Suck it up.

You better hope you don't permanently damage your knees. You'll regret it later in life.
