How to get into the admin account ona WinXP machine

Hi guys... I was tweaking with my WinXP machine and I don't know what I did to my admin account but I can't log in and what's worse is that I had enabled the option to have my console lock for 30 mins after 3 unsuccesful log-on's.

I know I used a little Linux program in the past to change the password... Does anyone know what that program is and where I can get it from???

That costs moneys 🙂 I was thinking more in the line of... FREE software. The thingy I used before was free it was.. Linux.
 
I had this happen a couple of weeks ago.

Log into XP with any other "Computer administrator" account. Then go into User accounts and change the password on the "Administrator" account.

That is how I got around remembering the old password.
