How to get into Neo's Server...

I need help! It never appears in the list, so I need to use the console.

I go Console, then type /connect "The IP without the quotes"
and it says invalid server password. How do I enter the password to connect to it? Is it a 24/7 server?

And yes I have the IP and password unless he changed it...

Before putting in the IP put: password theactualpassword
enter

Console
password "password w/o quotes"
[enter]
/connect "IP without quotes"
[enter]
