How to get into 850D bios

i have a p4 on an 850D mobo and cant get into the BIOS as soon as the computer starts.i press del like hell but its justs starts loading the OS.Is there another key that should be pressed...please help me i am not able to get into the bios and cant overclock.
also are there any programs thru which you can change the fsb in windows only???
