How to get in touch with LIAN-LI

Does anyone know of how I can get in touch with the Lian-Li computer CASE company ?

I have some of their cases and I need some parts for them.

I have tried their website, but there seems to be some kind of problem, in that, my e-mail messages via their site will not go thru.

Do they have a US location or is there anyone in the US that can supply me with parts for their cases ?
