How to get HD working

My computer shows the HDD in the device manager and it says that it is working properly, but you can't get to it through My Computer or any other way. It is a WD drive and I looked on the site for drivers, but couldn't find any. What should I do?
 
Is this a secondary drive?

PATA or SATA?

Has it been partitioned and formated yet?

Check it through the control panel / administrative tools / computer management / storage / disk management. You can partition and format it from here BTW.
