Question How to Get English from Win10 from a Japanese Keyboard?

I have a Panasonic CF-SX4 wiht a Japanese keyboard. How can I get it to do English? I've seen it done in Win7. People were able to toggle between English and Japanese in the Task Bar. Maybe I need a language pack. I don't mind that the <Shift? <2> key doesn't produce a "@". I mind that the "i" key produces a "5". Several keys deliver a letter or number that is in a box in the middle of the key. If I press <Fn> <i>, I get an "i". I found two Panasonic support email addresses online. One doesn't work. The other hasn't responded. Thanks for any help. I selected an English keyboard in Device Manager where a Japanese one was listed but that didn't help.
