How to get Dell 10% coupons?

Hi guys,

I am getting ready to buy a Laptop probably from Dell. I am thinking of 5150.
I been surfing alot of notebook forums and people talk about 10% and 15% off coupons for Dell. How do yu get these? I've looked at fatwallet and techbargains but I still have not found these. 10% or 15% would really help me get better laptop.

Please help.
