How to get black bars

Hey guys, this may sound weird, but is there a way to get the black bars on my monitor when displaying 4.3 items such as games?

The games I am trying to play dont have an option in the menu for black bars and I am not sure if it is possible through Nvidia Drivers. Is there any program that can do this automatically?

 
There's a couple ways to do this:

1) Open NV Control Panel > Change Flat Panel Scaling and choose the "Use Nvidia scaling with fixed-aspect ratio.

2) If your monitor has 1:1 pixel mapping, enable that (it should be 1:1 or fixed). Then choose "Do not scale."

 
Well you were not late to say that some cheap monitors do not support this scaling scheme, and that he will be out of luck with them.
