How to get bird out of a building?

At the GF workplace a bird got trapped in one of their large warehouse like buildings.
They will try to kill the bird unless they can get it out somehow.

Any ideas how to save the bird and give it back its freedom?

Open a door and leave it alone. It'll go out on its own.

many large buildings have birds living inside, i have seen them inside of costco, lowes, home depot and walmart etc etc

just leave it, catching or killing it is a waste of time

A bird got in the attic once and came into the house.My dog jumped and snagged the bird in his mouth. He also didnt want to release it.
