how to get at source video in a popup window?

I wanted to watch a track and field event which is being hosted on this site which costs $4.95.

For this money I get this window that pops up with an extremely tiny frame for watching video. This is pretty ridiculous- any way to get at the source video so I can watch it full screen and output it to my TV ??

I don?t know if this will apply in your case but I recently learned a new trick using mozilla to download some embedded files. If you right click on the page you can go to view page info and that will bring up a window where there is a tab to view the images and other embedded items in the page. You can then just pick, for example, the video file and click save as. But I think this ability depends a lot on the filetype, but might be worth a try.
