So I read about a way to get around paypals "holding" your payments for items sold.
Go the the item payment that is on hold and click "refund".
Then put in a token amount like 10 cents or something. I add a simple message like "seller good will".
After you've made the partial refund the remaining funds will be in your paypal account.
