A wedding planner friend wanted to setup a website and I thought that ATOT is a good place to ask the question.

Need more details than that. Who's going to maintain it? Who's going to do the stock photography? How simple, how complex?

Depends on how much the maintenance cost going to be, because the owner is willing to do their own maintenance if it is simple enough for them to login and modify the content themselves.

They will provide the stock photos.

I don't think it is going to be very complex because it is more or less going to be a photo album to let surfers sees examples of parties that they have done.

It is a serious business because one of the owners is a retired bank manager.
