How to get 16:10 ratio in CS:S, HL2 etc etc...

I have a Dell 2001FP and a 6800GT and can run the game fine at 16:9, which is 1600x900... I have the option for 16:10 but it?s grayed out.

I like WS because I have more peripheral vision. I realize I will lose some doing this but I would rather have those extra 100 pixels in height and run at 1600x1000... I am using the 67.02 drivers.

Does anyone know how to make it so I can use this ratio? I have been in the registry and tried to force that resolution but it won?t work cause the game is stuck using 16:9 and it gives me an error saying it can?t do that resolution?.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
