How to generate Search Engine top hits?!?

Does anyone know how to submit a domain to multiple search engines automatically? More importantly, how are top 10 positions on a search engine generated?

As regards your question...

There are various sites and pieces of software that will offer the multiple submission that you require, although there is much debate as to whether this is as effective as submitting your site by hand (which is obviously a tedious task!). A popular online service is Submit-It, and also AddMe.com which also includes search engine ranking advice. In terms of software take a look at the popular (but not so cheap) WebPostion Gold which comes with a 30-day trial. That hopefully answers your first question...

Now on to your second, and not quite simple question: how to achieve a top-10 search engine ranking. A good search engine ranking is, needless to say, the holy grail for web site owners as it means a high level of exposure. The downside? There's no quick and fast way to achieve it (no matter what these "submit to 100000+ search engine" companies may say). It will take a lot of effort and continued work.
