Question How to fox windows 10 update issue with error code 0x80070539?

While Updating My Windows 10 computer or laptop I got an error code 0x80070539, searched methods to fix this and found that this error also comes with Microsoft security updates with error message "Error in installing Security updates for Microsoft" and also with .NET frame work. How to fix or repair this issue?

If you've tried the "Reset Windows Update" guides on the Internet, then you might have to re-install Windows.

Edit: Before that, download the "Servicing Stack Update" for your version/edition of Windows, from MS Download Catalog site, and install it locally, if you can. See if that helps.
