How to force EnableIrongate 2x AGP on Windows 2000?

I have a K7 Pro, Stepping 6, using NED's version 6.31.

I know that there is a registry fix at GeforceFAQ that forces 2x AGP on Irongate boards, which is disabled by default when the NEDs detect an Irongate board.

This fix only works in Win98. Is there any way to force 2x AGP in Win2K?
